Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• United States: 5-10 business days
• Canada: 7-14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7-15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
• Rest of World: 10-25 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress through our shipping carrier's website.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our free shipping offer.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:

• P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
• Countries under trade restrictions or embargoes

Lost or Damaged Packages
